The rooms are tidy with a separate bedroom and a great view, as well as a comfortable sofa.

Does the bathroom really have to be glazed?

Provided breakfast was savoury and tasty with western food and good coffee, as for instance, exceeded our expectations.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Rich breakfast - something for everyone, close to the train station to reach the neighbouring towns, staff happy to provide information.

Loud building site opposite, railway station area not recommended for exploring the city.

Opt for the queen room with spacious windows for a nice stay. the staff here is super friendly, and the food they serve is absolutely delicious! 🌟

The staff helped immediately and tried to make everything as pleasant as possible. The staff reacted quickly and got the toilet free the second time.

Our toilet was broken and the water took a long time to get warm.

Location right at the station. Walking distance but not close to attractions. Room simple but clean and sufficient. Breakfast buffet big and also with a few western things.

The lobby always smelled very strong and often also had an unpleasant smell of food. Very unmotivated staff at breakfast. The room is loud and uncomfortable (but that fits the country). A lot of greasy food.

The location was very convenient, right next to a metro station with access to multiple metro lines and the city center. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. - I really appreciated the proximity to Pudong airport. - Highly recommended for a short stay.

a very poor service and a very bad breakfast no body can talk to you in English and no body knows the city map to guide you to a good shooing or SPA or a good restaurant.

Truely I recommend nothing about this hotel. The reception is not that friendly and the location is not good. I would rather spend more for a better place.
